We think it's high time we send some feedback regarding life in our Sanctum-designed residence.

It has been more than four years since we moved into our new home. After living here through four sets of seasons, we are still astounded at the level of comfort our home provides, no matter what the outside conditions. With incredibly low power consumption we remain warm in winter and cool in summer. We were a little skeptical in the planning stages, but we are constantly amazed at the efficiency of the passive solar design benefits incorporated into the building and aspect of our house. Our quality of life has been greatly enhanced through living in our new home.

While it is now obvious we love this house, it is also noteworthy that family, friends and complete strangers passing by admire and comment on what a beautiful house we have.

We were looking for an exemplary building designer who would both inspire and guide us through a unique property project. The project was to develop three suburban blocks into a flagship construction, combining design excellence and environmental responsibility.
